Athera Technologies was founded in Lithuania by engineers who spent years inside multinational enterprises. We understand the pressure of delivering complex technical work in environments where the stakes are real and the deadlines are not negotiable.

We work across four disciplines — automation & RPA, data engineering & analytics, cyber security, and custom software development. Our clients are businesses across the EU that need reliable partners, not vendors who deliver code and disappear.

We keep our team lean and senior. Every engineer here has the experience and autonomy to own their work end-to-end — from understanding the client's problem to shipping a solution that actually works in production.
